Cancelling a plan is very simple. As a workspace admin, go to Settings>Billing. From here you’ll see all the available plans. If you have an active subscription already, you’ll see your plan’s card will have a “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom.
Simply click this to cancel your subscription. This will cancel your subscription and you’ll lose your features and response limits at the end of your billing cycle.
If you cancel before your billing cycle has renewed, you’ll still have all your features available until the end of the cycle.
