It’s important to stay up to date with your form’s engagement. By default, the workspace owner will be the one to receive email notifications when someone engages with the form. You can change who receives the emails, or turn off notifications all altogether from within the form settings panel.

The first step is to open the form settings by clicking on the gear icon in the left editor sidebar. This will open a modal with all the form settings available.

With that open, you’ll want to click on the “Advanced” tab. With that active, you’ll see a section called “Notifications”. By default, it will be enabled and you’ll see an email text field prefilled.

You change this email to whatever you like to start receiving email notifications when someone engages with your form. Alternatively, you can toggle the notification settings off and stop receiving any email notifications regarding this form.

Make sure to publish your changes when you’re done!
