Easily make journey items required so users cannot skip them. Setting whether or not a journey item should be required can be done in the journey item’s setting panel (right sidebar).

To start, click on the on the journey item you’d like to edit. You can select which one to edit by clicking on it from the journey item list on the left sidebar.

Clicking on the journey item will slide in the right-side journey editor panel. This is where you can make changes to the journey item/question. You’ll now see a section with the title “Required”.

From here you can toggle the Required setting on and off. When toggled on, users cannot skip this step for the form. Click the toggle to turn on and off this setting.

Make sure to publish your changes when you’re done!
